Assistant Director of Congregational Learning                                     June 2011-Present
USCJ Temple Beth Sholom, Cherry Hill, NJ
  • Supervise Faculty in 7th-10th Grade Beit Sefer Tikhon
  • Jointly supervise K-6 Faculty alongside Director of Congregational Learning
  • Create, implement and supervise curriculum including materials to study Mishnah, 
  • Propose and administer Teen Education budget, including USY, Beit Sefer Tikhon, and programming
  • Launch service-learning including text study to ground community service in a Jewish tradition of seeking a more just world
  • Pilot madrikh program for 11th and 12th grade students to work in the K-6 Religious School with a weekly seminar in cognitive development, classroom management, and Jewish text
